    17MGY is a lot more that the current cellulosic target… time to update the chart!

    Wow, this is a great illustration of the downside of the ‘nested mandates’ in the Rube-Goldberg-esque EISA legislation- even though it was designed to promote stability in biofuels markets, uncertanties about advanced & cellulosic fuel supply chains and the blend wall seems to be magnifying uncertainties in the ethanol import and biodiesel markets. Also, does this imply that EPA has given up on E15 and E12 for the time being?
